Step 3: Independent Disputes Committee (final step)

If mediation through WebwinkelKeur does not lead to a resolution, you may submit your complaint to the independent disputes committee appointed by WebwinkelKeur.


  • The decision of this committee is binding for both you and us.

  • Costs involved in submitting a dispute must be paid by the consumer directly to the committee.
