At Austin Gamble, we ship quickly and carefully within the European Union only. This policy explains our EU shipping zones, costs, and delivery options.
Shipping Zones and Costs
Zone A · Free Shipping and Free Returns
Countries: Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, France, Austria
Shipping cost: FREE
Delivery time: 1 to 4 business days
Returns: Free return shipping
Zone B · Free Shipping, Paid Returns
Countries: Denmark, Sweden, Italy
Shipping cost: FREE
Delivery time: 3 to 8 business days
Returns: Customer pays the return label unless the item is defective or incorrect
Zone C · EU Standard (€15.00)
Countries: All other EU member states not in Zone A or Zone B.
This includes: Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain
Shipping cost: €15.00 per order
Delivery time: 3 to 8 business days
Returns: Customer pays the return label unless the item is defective or incorrect
We do not ship to non-EU countries. Orders to the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland and all other non-EU destinations are not accepted.
Processing and Fulfilment

Processing time: 1 to 2 business days after payment. Peak periods 3 to 5 business days.

Pre-orders: Processing time shown on the product page.

Business days: Monday to Friday. Dutch national holidays excluded.

Order cutoff: Orders before 14:00 CET are usually processed the same day.

Tracking and Notifications

Shipping confirmation with tracking is sent within 24 hours of dispatch.

Email updates and, where available, SMS notifications for delivery events.
Taxes and Customs

All shipments are within the EU single market. No customs duties apply.

Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable.
Delivery Terms

Address accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address.

Delivery attempts: Usually 1 to 3 attempts, then a pick-up point where applicable.

Risk of loss: Transfers on delivery. A signature may be required for high-value orders.
Failed Deliveries and Returns to Sender

Customer error such as wrong address or refusal: reshipment costs are paid by the customer.

Carrier error: We reship at no charge.
Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged: Photograph immediately and contact support@austingamble.com within 48 hours.

Lost: We investigate after the maximum estimated delivery time. Replacement or refund follows the carrier decision.
Peak Seasons and Force Majeure

Processing can extend to 3 to 5 business days during major promotions and holidays.

Severe weather or other disruptions can cause delays.
