"We", "Us", "Our": Austin Gamble V.O.F.
"You", "Your", "Customer": The person placing an order or using our services

3. Acceptance and Scope
These Terms apply to all purchases made through our website and all interactions with our services.
By using our website or making a purchase, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old or have parental consent
- You have the legal capacity to enter into these terms
- All information you provide is accurate and complete
Territorial scope of orders: We accept and fulfil orders only to delivery addresses within EU member states. Orders to non-EU destinations are not accepted.
4. Product Information
Availability
- Inventory is updated in real time but cannot be guaranteed
- Limited drops may sell out. We may limit quantities per customer
- Pre-orders can have different delivery times and terms, as shown on the product page
Descriptions
- We aim for accurate descriptions, images and specifications
- Minor colour variations can occur due to screens and photography
- We may correct errors and, if required, cancel orders with a full refund
5. Pricing and Payment
Pricing
- All prices are shown in EUR and include VAT
- Prices can change without notice but not after your order is confirmed
- Within the EU single market there are no customs duties on deliveries
Payment Methods
iDEAL, Bancontact, SOFORT, Apple Pay, Google Pay, major cards. Secure processing via Mollie, Shopify Payments or similar PCI-compliant providers.

6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship within the European Union only. Delivery times are estimates and start after processing.
Zones and costs
Zone A. Free Shipping and Free Returns. Countries: Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, France, Austria. Delivery 1 to 4 business days.
Zone B. Free Shipping, Paid Returns. Countries: Denmark, Sweden, Italy. Delivery 3 to 8 business days.
Zone C. EU Standard €10. Countries: all other EU member states not in Zone A or B. Delivery 3 to 8 business days.
Processing time
- Standard processing 1 to 2 business days. Peak 3 to 5 business days
- Pre-orders follow the timing shown on the product page
Carriers and tracking
- PostNL and DHL
- Tracking information is emailed upon dispatch
- Delivery attempts and pickup points depend on the carrier and destination
Address accuracy and risk
- You are responsible for a complete and correct delivery address
- Risk transfers on delivery. Signature may be required for high-value orders
- Carrier delays or force majeure are outside our control
7. Right of Withdrawal
For delivery of products:
When purchasing products, the consumer has the possibility to dissolve the agreement without giving reasons during 30 days. This extended cooling-off period starts the day after receipt of the product by the consumer or a representative designated in advance by the consumer and made known to the entrepreneur.
Please note: The legal minimum withdrawal period is 14 days. Austin Gamble voluntarily extends this to 30 days for your convenience.
During the cooling-off period, the consumer will handle the product and packaging with care. The consumer will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether they wish to keep the product. If the consumer exercises their right of withdrawal, they will return the product with all supplied accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging to the entrepreneur, in accordance with reasonable and clear instructions provided by the entrepreneur.
When the consumer wishes to exercise their right of withdrawal, they are obliged to make this known to the entrepreneur within 30 days after receipt of the product. The consumer must make this known by using the model form or by means of another communication method such as by email. After the consumer has made known that they wish to exercise their right of withdrawal, the customer must return the product within 14 days of notification. The consumer must prove that the delivered goods were returned in time, for example by means of proof of shipment.
If the customer has not made known after the expiry of the periods mentioned above that they wish to exercise their right of withdrawal or has not returned the product to the entrepreneur within the specified timeframes, the purchase is a fact.
For delivery of services:
When delivering services, the consumer has the possibility to dissolve the agreement without giving reasons during at least 14 days, starting on the day of entering into the agreement.
To make use of their right of withdrawal, the consumer will follow the reasonable and clear instructions provided by the entrepreneur with the offer and/or at the latest upon delivery.
Costs in case of withdrawal
The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the product.
If the consumer has paid an amount, the entrepreneur will refund this amount as soon as possible, but at the latest within 14 days after withdrawal. This is subject to the condition that the product has already been received back by the web retailer or conclusive proof of complete return can be provided. Refund will be made via the same payment method used by the consumer unless the consumer explicitly gives permission for another payment method.
If the product is damaged due to careless handling by the consumer, the consumer is liable for any value depreciation of the product.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for this value depreciation of the product. Handle the product with care and ensure that it is well packaged when returning it.
The consumer cannot be held liable for value depreciation of the product when the entrepreneur has not provided all legally required information about the right of withdrawal, this must be done before concluding the purchase agreement.
Exclusion of right of withdrawal
The entrepreneur can exclude the consumer's right of withdrawal for products as described in paragraphs 2 and 3. The exclusion of the right of withdrawal only applies if the entrepreneur has clearly stated this in the offer, at least in time before concluding the agreement.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for products:
- that have been created by the entrepreneur in accordance with the consumer's specifications
- that are clearly personal in nature
- that cannot be returned due to their nature
- that can quickly deteriorate or become obsolete
- whose price is subject to fluctuations in the financial market over which the entrepreneur has no influence
- for individual newspapers and magazines
- for audio and video recordings and computer software of which the consumer has broken the seal
- for hygienic products of which the consumer has broken the seal
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for services:
- concerning accommodation, transport, restaurant business or leisure activities to be performed on a specific date or during a specific period
- whose delivery has begun with the express consent of the consumer before the cooling-off period has expired
- concerning betting and lotteries
8. Warranty and Quality
Statutory warranty rights apply.
Report transport damage or obvious defects within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We repair, replace or refund at our discretion where legally required.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos and trademarks on the website are our property or licensed to us.
You may not reproduce or distribute content without permission.
You retain rights to your own user-generated content.
10. User Accounts and Conduct
You may create an account for faster checkout and order tracking.
Keep your credentials secure and notify us of unauthorised use.
You agree not to disrupt the site, provide false information, violate laws or resell products without our consent.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal data is processed in line with our Privacy Policy.
By using our services, you consent to processing as described there.
The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.
12. Liability and Disclaimers
Our total liability is limited to the price you paid for the product concerned, unless mandatory law states otherwise.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural events, government measures, strikes, transport disruption, major technical failures or supplier issues.
14. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Complaints procedure
For complaints, a consumer should first contact the entrepreneur. If the webshop is affiliated with WebwinkelKeur and complaints cannot be resolved in mutual consultation, the consumer should contact WebwinkelKeur (www.webwinkelkeur.nl), which will mediate free of charge. Check whether this webshop has an active membership via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/leden/. If no solution is reached, the consumer has the option to have their complaint handled by the independent disputes committee appointed by WebwinkelKeur, the ruling of which is binding and both entrepreneur and consumer agree to this binding ruling. Submitting a dispute to this disputes committee involves costs that must be paid by the consumer to the relevant committee.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Dutch law applies.
Disputes are submitted to the competent courts in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
If any provision is invalid, the remainder stays in effect.
Mandatory EU consumer rights remain unaffected.
16. Modifications and Updates
We may update these Terms. Changes appear on the website with a new "Last Updated" date.
Continuing to use our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
For substantial changes, we will try to notify you by email.

18. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Austin Gamble V.O.F. regarding your use of the website and services.
