At Austin Gamble, your satisfaction matters. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work within the European Union.

1. Your Rights

  • EU Right of Withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving any reason.

  • Austin Gamble Extended Return Window: We offer a total return period of 30 days (longer than the EU minimum).

  • No restocking or administration fees are charged for standard returns.

Returns are accepted only from EU delivery addresses (we only ship within the EU).

2. Return Conditions & Timelines

  • Notification of return: within 30 days after receipt.

  • Shipping the return: within 14 days after notifying us.

  • Refund: within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Product condition
During the return period you may handle and inspect the product only to the extent necessary to determine if you want to keep it (similar to trying on shoes in a physical store).

If the product is used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, or if the packaging is unnecessarily damaged, we may charge you for any reduction in value. Handle products with care and return them properly packaged.

We kindly ask you, where possible, to:

  • Keep all original labels/tags attached.

  • Return items in the original shoebox, packed inside an additional shipping box (do not tape the shoebox directly).

Non-returnable items:

  • Personalized or custom-made items.

  • Hygiene products where the seal has been broken.

  • Items returned outside the 30-day return notification window.

3. Quality Issues (Defective, Damaged, Wrong Item)

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible (preferably within 48 hours of delivery) and include clear photos.

  • We will arrange free return shipping.

  • You may choose either a replacement (subject to stock) or a full refund.

  • Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

4. Return Zones (EU Only)

Zone A – Free Returns (Core EU Countries)
Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, France, Austria

  • Return shipping: FREE

Process:

  1. Email support@austingamble.com with your order number and reason for return within 30 days of delivery.

  2. You will receive a prepaid return label and instructions.

  3. Ship the product back within 14 days after notification.

  4. Drop off the parcel at the designated location.

Zone B – Paid Returns
Denmark, Sweden, Italy

  • Return shipping: Customer pays (unless defective/incorrect).

Zone C – All Other EU Countries
Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain

  • Return shipping: Customer pays (unless defective/incorrect).

We do not accept returns from outside the EU (we do not ship internationally).

5. Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credit

  • Refunds: Issued within 14 days after we receive and inspect the return, to your original payment method.

  • Exchanges: Possible for another size or color, depending on availability. Free in Zone A; shipping costs may apply in Zones B/C.

  • Store Credit: Available upon request, valid for 12 months.

  • Shipping fees: Original shipping costs are refunded only if we made an error.

6. Return Costs

  • Zone A: free (prepaid return label).

  • Zones B & C: approx. €7–15 depending on the carrier (please check current rates).

7. Important Notes

  • Returns not meeting this policy may be refused.

  • EU consumer law always applies: products must meet reasonable expectations of quality and use.

  • After 30 days from delivery, return notifications are no longer accepted (warranty rights still apply).

  • You cannot be held responsible for depreciation if we did not provide all legally required information about the right of withdrawal before your purchase.

8. How to Start a Return

You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 30 days of receiving your order. There are two ways to do this:

Option 1: By email (fastest way)
Send an email to support@austingamble.com including:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • (Optional) the reason for return

After your notification, you will receive the correct return instructions and/or a prepaid return label (depending on your zone). Please note: once you have notified us, you have 14 days to send the item back.

Option 2: Using the model withdrawal form
You may also use the European model withdrawal form:

Send this form together with your return shipment or email it to support@austingamble.com.

Note: The use of this form is not mandatory. An email containing the necessary information is sufficient.
